login, click the "Forgot ID" or "Forgot Password" link under the login button (see image below). After you have submitted the form, your ID or password will be emailed to the address in your student records.
- If you no longer use the email address in your student records, contact studentservices@apus.edu for assistance.
- If you have trouble recovering your student id or password, please contact classroomsupport@apus.edu. The library cannot reset or recover your student passwords.
Note: Sakai passwords are updated and synced with the Student Portal every night. The process is complete, and any resync password changes should operate at 5-6 a.m. ET. Once the account password has been changed, access to the https://edge.apus.edu portal will not be renewed until the next morning. Classrooms can still be accessed from within the Student Portal using the Enter Classroom button in the My Current Course area.
