Russian Weapons in the World |
Russian - Each world country presents the most
up-to-date weapons to maintain its sovereignty. Various types of weaponry were
made, from the small to the strongest. The United States and Russia are still the
leaders of world weapons technology. Both countries have their own weapons to
strengthen their military strength. However, Russia has a different weapon and
is unique compared to other countries. There are at least three Russian weapons
created and no one has matched them.
Here are the reviews:
S-400 Triumf
S-400 Triumf |
This weapon is Russia's famous defense
system. In NATO it usually uses Growler code.
This defense system has advantages over the
others because it can detect air targets within a radius of up to 600
kilometers.
S-400 Triumf can also shoot feelings at a
distance of 400 kilometers. Another advantage is that it can detect and get rid
of missiles, whether they are fast maneuvering cruise missiles or
intercontinental nuclear ballistic missiles.
This weapon has a competitor from the
United States, namely the MIM-104 Patriot. Both have almost the same function,
but there are differences.
S-400 Triumf can see and shoot targets from
all directions, while the American can only scan the sky in the direction that
has been determined in the range of 180 degrees.
In addition, it takes 30 minutes to launch
the Patriot. Patriot has a range of 180 km, less than half the range of the
Russian S-400 system (400 km).
This difference makes Russia one step ahead
of the US. This difference plays an important role not only in fighting enemy
missiles, but also in fighter planes and bombers.
This is the reason NATO members often buy
to buy Russian defense systems.
T-14 Armata
T-14 Armata |
Tanks become one of the most dominant
weapons in defense and attack. One of the latest tanks to be a milestone in the
development of 21st century heavy armored technology is the T-14 Armata.
This combat vehicle was designed by the
Ural Design Bureau of Transport Machine-Building, Uralvagonzavod and was made
by Uralvagonzavod as well as for the Russian Army.
This type of tank is the fifth generation
of Russian tanks. With a length of 10.8 meters and a smoothbore cannon commonly
called a 128 millimeter fine barrel, a machine gun can be mounted with a larger
caliber up to 152 millimeters.
The weapon system of the tank is fully
digital and the only tank in the world with unmanned turrets. So the whole crew
enters into a super strong armored tank.
From here the tank crew can control this
vehicle using a digital system. The advantage of using this tank is that when
the turret is hit by enemy missiles, the crew can still survive in it and can
save themselves.
This armored tank can withstand antitank
and missile fire. As for the armor layer, T-14 has a new active protection
system called Afganit which can destroy targets physically or paralyze them.
This tank also has four antennas that are
able to capture enemy projectiles when approaching with the help of laser and
radar.
If the projectile escapes the radar and
laser, the dynamic Malakhit shield will actively protect the entire tank. T-14
tanks are also capable of firing up to ten rounds per minute, reaching targets
at distances of up to seven kilometers
Avangard nuclear missile
Avangard nuclear missile |
In late 2018, Russian President Vladimir
Putin personally personally the latest intercontinental ballistic missile,
Avangard. The plan, this missile will be used for Russian missile forces.
The Avangard missile is a sign of the
progress of rockets in Russia. Unlike the previous rockets, Avangard is able to
fly high with the help of hypersonic forces through enemy missile defenses.
Until now, no other missile in the world
has the ability to exceed the power of Avangard. The missile's explosive power
is 130 times stronger than the explosion that destroyed Hiroshima.
For speed, this missile is able to target
enemy targets at a speed of 24,000 kilometers per hour. Avangard is part of
Russian nuclear missiles that are not designed to attack any country, just for
protection.
